Participating in gym workout helps your veins and nerves to be strengthened and function properly. when you take out 3-5 hours to workout and focus on your routine, i bet you wont fall sick in next 5 months. Dont always stay one place accumulating your blood flows, make out time for gym and relieve the stress.
- GO FOR SWIMMING
Water as one of the most important thing in life is very good for your body.it helps the blood to flowneasily and smoothly relieving your stress. Take out your swimming suit and visit the pool once in a while. swimming cools your brain cells and refurbish the worn out tissues. swimming also helps your body to be fresh and be free from dryness.
- SLEEP AND WAKE UP AT THE RIGHT TIME
This implies mostly to people who goes to bed late and wakes up very early/late. it makes you weak and gives stress and tension. when you come back from work at end of the day. Eat and goto bed at least sleep for 8 hours to relax your nervous system. In the morning you wont feel any pains or stress. In African countries, many people work from dawn to duskk without any rest making them too weak.
A businessman will come back at 9pm, sleeps around 12pm and wakes up at 3-4pm for any daily activities. Give yourself a good rest to help you rebuild your cells and nerves.
